Leo Gillen's Presentation on Oct. 26, 2008
TeamBuilding--mention the word and the eye-rolling begins. Leo Gillen learned from personal experience that continuous improvement can begin only when you start with TrustBuilding. Using an Audience Response System (ARS), Leo shows steps to TrustBuilding while demonstrating an important component, understanding your team’s true response to important issues. Leo shares his experiences of being a change agent, starting with the obstacles to TrustBuilding right through to Conflict Resolution and Accountability, while inviting attendees to evaluate their last team building efforts. See how your techniques stacked-up against your peers as you respond to Leo’s questions throughout the presentation. Were you trying to drive top-down change or winning the hearts and minds of team members who will take ownership of new processes? Leo’s presentation is the ultimate BOGO deal: learn techniques for TrustBuilding while you test-drive the ARS technology tool.
Portsmouth, Ohio City School Bus Drivers
August 18, 2008

Leo Gillen, right, teaches Portsmouth City School bus drivers team building techniques in preparation for another safe school year.

Why would bus drivers need a seminar on team building? They each drive their own bus of children and go home.  At least that's what some think.  However, bus drivers are transporting our most precious cargo--our children and our future.  They work together as a team to insure the safety of our children to and from school and sporting events, during all kinds of weather, day after day, year after year.
