Business Rules Have Not Changed
From outstanding customer service to organizational integrity, the rules of good business have not changed. With the accelerating changes in technology, we often lose sight of the fact that while our revenue source changes, customers want the same thing they've always wanted. "We have to change our processes," Leo says, "and use different technology to achieve sound business results."

Maximize Profitability without Compromise
Your company must be positioned to maximize profitability effectively without sacrficing either customer or employee relationships.  "If your employees haven't taken ownership of your company values, your customers won't be satisfied and your balance sheet will show it," Leo explains.

There Are No Short-Term Fixes
To increase your company's profitability there must be continuous improvment for short term results and long term sustainability.  "I believe in building relationships with my clients instead of just doing projects," says Leo.
